Convenient location near Jamsil Sport Complex. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Great service from helpful staff. Easy access to the hotel via airport bus and close to the subway. Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast with plenty of options.

The room was spacious and had great facilities like a computer and jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect with easy access to the metro and a wide variety of international restaurants, cafes, and stores.

The housekeepers were not very thorough when it came to cleaning the room. They often forgot to change or remove certain items, like pills from previous clients or used cups.

The beautiful suite jacuzzi was fantastic. Friendly staff and clean. Surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and bars. Close to Lotte World and COEX mall. Room size was great.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The location was superb, with the hotel being in a residential area and surrounded by local restaurants. it was very close to Jamsilsaenae station and just a short walk away from COEX mall and all the main tourist spots. The breakfast provided was a mix of Korean and western options and was really delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were great.

Some guests have mentioned that the carpet in the rooms should be replaced as it appears worn out and stained.

They were helpful and even went the extra mile to help us book a taxi for a private trip. We were impressed by their really good service and willingness to assist with any request. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect with easy access to MRT stations and bus stops. our experience at Pharos Hotel was enjoyable and we would highly recommend it.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in the bustling Jamsil area. The location was ideal, being super close to Jamsilsaenae station and the baseball stadium. I was also pleased to find that the nearest metro had a direct line to the city center. The surrounding residential area had an abundance of local restaurants, giving me plenty of dining options. The room was spacious and the bathroom luxurious, with a jacuzzi tub and rainwater shower head. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were satisfying.

The only downside was that I found the carpet in the room to be a bit dirty.

The room was spacious and clean, with the highlight being the spa bath with a relaxing experience. We also appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and cafes, offering both local and international cuisine options. Despite a few minor issues like stains on the ceiling and the lack of toothbrushes provided, overall, our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for its great value and comfortable accommodations.
